1. What we collect

Information you submit. When you complete the enquiry form or the contact form in the online assistant, we receive the contact person, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, company name and shipment details you enter.
Online assistant conversation. Your conversation with the assistant is held in your browser's session storage so the context survives navigation between pages. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.
Technical and access information. The server records access time, page address and network segment for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. It does not record a full IP address that could identify you personally.

2. How we use it

Only to: respond to your enquiry and quotation request; arrange transport services; improve the website and the quality of the assistant's answers; and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the above.

3. Sharing

To complete the transport service you instruct, we may provide necessary cargo and consignee information to carriers, shipping lines or airlines, and to our freight forwarding partners at either end. Beyond what is necessary to perform the service or required by law, we do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties.

4. Retention and protection

Enquiry and contact information is stored in our business systems and protected by reasonable measures including access controls. We retain it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

5. About the online assistant

The online assistant answers automatically. Its answers are for reference only; the specific service is confirmed by our authorised staff. The assistant will not ask for identity card numbers, bank card numbers, passwords or verification codes. If you are asked for any of these, please do not provide them.

6. Your rights

You may contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. We will act in accordance with applicable law once your identity is verified.
