We are an international freight forwarder dedicated to a single corridor — China ↔ Bangladesh, in both directions. We are not trying to be a global forwarder: we work this corridor, so we know the carriers, the ports, the documentary requirements and the seasonal pressure points — and we have people accountable for your cargo at both ends.

Every shipment on the China ↔ Bangladesh corridor is planned around its own cargo, deadline and destination — not from a template.
Why we work one lane and not ten
The wider the coverage, the shallower the depth on any single route. This corridor has its own temperament: the rhythm of port working at Chattogram, the peak-season cycle of the garment industry, the documentary discipline the trade demands — none of which can be learned from a general handbook.
Concentrating on one corridor means the critical points are covered properly: carrier and airline capacity, the handover between port and onward transport, and scheduling around peak seasons and holidays.
Capacity is bought from ocean carriers and airlines. The transport plan, quotation, tracking and exception handling are managed centrally by the Secure Logistics team. Freight forwarding at the Bangladesh end is carried out by our long-term, locally licensed family business partner, with both ends coordinated as one.

What we do, and what we do not
Stating the boundary plainly is more useful than overpromising.
- We do: design and assess the transport plan per shipment.
- We do: cost the quotation, track the shipment and handle exceptions.
- We do: coordinate information and milestones across both ends.
- We do: assist importers with supplier verification and pre-shipment inspection.
- External: capacity is bought from carriers and airlines — we own no vessels or aircraft.
- External: warehousing and consolidation use long-term partners.
- External: Bangladesh freight forwarding is carried out by a long-term, locally licensed family business.
- We do not: take on routes outside the China ↔ Bangladesh lane.
- We do not: promise specific rates or transit times.
- We do not: quote low and add charges later — freight, surcharges and handling charges are itemised in one quotation, and anything extra is explained and confirmed with you first.
- We do not: claim to be the cheapest. We set out how the cost is built, so you compare like with like.
- We do not: bundle duties and taxes into a DDP price, or declare cargo below its value.
- We do not: provide trade finance.
- We do not: carry counterfeit or brand-infringing goods.
- We do not: accept dangerous goods declared as general cargo, or cargo whose hazard has not been disclosed.
- We do not: carry cargo prohibited by law, or subject to international sanctions.
- We do not: leave you to find out about a change on your own — if a sailing, flight or booking changes, you hear it from us first.
- We do not: use your information for anything beyond the shipment and legal requirements, or pass it to anyone outside the service.
