Importer support

Before you ship,
get the key facts checked.

All four services, free of charge

Assistance for importers — verifying supplier information and understanding the shipment before it leaves. Documents, inspection scope and timing are confirmed per shipment in advance.

01

Supplier credential verification

We check the supplier's registered entity and the credentials it can lawfully provide.

02

Payee account verification

We check that the payee account details correspond to the supplier's registered entity.

03

Pre-shipment inspection

Inspection can be arranged per shipment. Location, timing and scope are confirmed in advance.

04

Supplier recommendation

Based on the category and requirement, we recommend matching suppliers at no charge.

Scope limits: these services apply only to cargo shipped through us; inspection covers what can be observed on site, and material or performance testing requires a third-party laboratory.

The corridor

Ports and airports we actually work.

Load ports, discharge ports and departure airports on this corridor — with the points where a shipment most often stalls: port working rhythm at Chattogram, the garment industry's peak cycle, and the handover between port and onward transport.

How it works

From information to an executable plan.

The plan and the quotation are confirmed against the shipment documents, the transport mode, the destination and the service scope per shipment.

01

Send the shipment details

Origin, destination, commodity, packages, weight and dimensions or container type, and the target shipping date.

02

Assess the transport options

Volume, deadline, cargo properties and available capacity are weighed against each mode.

03

Confirm the plan and quotation

Transport legs, service scope, cost structure and required documents are set out clearly.

04

Track the milestones

China and Bangladesh coordinate on exceptions and progress through the journey.

About us

Our difference is not breadth. It is depth on one lane.

SECURE LOGISTICS (GUANGZHOU) COMPANY LIMITED was established in December 2018 and works a single trade lane: China ↔ Bangladesh. Years of operation have taught us the carriers, ports and peak-season pressure points along this route.

What we learned is that the fragile part is not the ocean leg — it is the handover between the two ends. Someone has to be accountable for your cargo on both sides, or information and progress break down.

Capacity is bought from ocean carriers and airlines. The transport plan, quotation, tracking and exception handling are managed centrally by the Secure Logistics team. Freight forwarding at the Bangladesh end is carried out by our long-term, locally licensed family business partner, with both ends coordinated as one.

FAQ

What clients ask, answered plainly.

QDo you only work China to Bangladesh?

Yes. We work the China ↔ Bangladesh lane only, in both directions. We do not take on other routes.

QWhich port in Bangladesh do you discharge at?

Ocean freight discharges mainly at Chattogram, alternatively at Mongla, depending on volume and sailing schedule.

QDo you fly to Dhaka?

Yes. Air freight arrives mainly at Dhaka (DAC), departing from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Kunming and Hong Kong, China.

QCan you ship from Hong Kong, China?

Yes. Both air and ocean freight can depart from Hong Kong, China.

QAre the warehouses your own?

No. We use long-term warehousing and consolidation partners at both ends. What we own is the team: planning, quoting, tracking and exception handling are ours.

QHow can we verify your credentials?

Every item is checkable by number: NVOCC filing GD20250528171921; freight rate filing NG250609-00013; freight forwarding code 4401003045. The company entity can also be checked on the national enterprise credit system using Unified Social Credit Code 91440101MA5CKTBH3P.

QWhat do you need to quote?

Origin, destination, commodity, number of packages, packing method, weight and dimensions or container type, and the target shipping date.

QWhat must be confirmed for out-of-gauge cargo?

The length, width and height of each piece, its weight, quantity, photographs and the loading and discharge conditions. We then assess container type, securing requirements, equipment availability and carrier requirements before proposing an arrangement.

QCan dangerous goods be quoted as general cargo?

We advise against it. Provide the exact commodity, MSDS, hazard class, UN number and packing details; whether we can carry it and which documents are required depends on the cargo properties and the carrier's requirements.

QCan extra charges be added after quoting?

The quotation itemises freight, surcharges and handling charges — we do not quote low and add later. Extra costs such as destination detention, inspection fees or changes to cargo details are explained in advance and confirmed with you.

QWhat documents do we need to prepare?

Usually a commercial invoice, packing list and the related transport documents. The Bangladesh import side may also require a certificate of origin. We provide the specific list for your cargo and trade terms.

QCan you verify suppliers free of charge?

Yes. We verify supplier credentials and payee account details at no charge, and can arrange pre-shipment inspection and supplier recommendations.

QHow soon will we receive a plan and quotation?

We reply as soon as possible on business days, starting with the transport mode and the documents needed. The more complete the information, the faster the reply.
